Maria Vigorito

Maria Vigorito (b. 1997) is an undergraduate student in History at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). They participated in the research group LeAfrica (Laboratory of African Studies), as well as in the organization of two Asian Studies events, held at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and at the Fluminense Federal University (UFF). They are currently part of the program “The Brazilian Literature as Global Art”. Their interests and areas of study lie within linguistics, colonialism, Asian studies, Art history and queer studies.
